Job Summary

SAP CRM TPM Professional with 6-10 yrs. experience in SAP CRM consulting with more focus on TPM implementation.
TFM/ TCM implementation experience. Should have been thru 2 TPM implementations
Business process Knowledge of TPM/TFM/TCM.
Hands-on in Funds management and Claims Management
Configuration of rebates & condition types in CRM. Well versed with flow between CRM & ECC.
Configuration knowledge between ECC and CRM for Claims, Funds
Should have experienced on BADI, Classes and troubleshooting them.
ECC Dispute management & integration to CRM will be a added advantage
Knowledge of CBP / CRM experience will be an added advantage.
Hands on experience in CRM/TPM master data Setup and Configuration, BDoc extensions is a plus.
