Job Summary
Preparation, monitoring and tracking of annual business acquisition plan and related budgeting. Generation of leads in the assigned business division / location in line with the business plan thru' cold calls, follow-ups, etc. Market Survey and reporting. Briefing CSM team for proposal / tender preparation. Input to customer data bank & maintenance of a prospective customer database. Ensuring market presence of Teekays thru' PR / Brand Development initiatives / representing Teekays in seminars, forums, conferences, awards, functions etc. Working on developing empanelment relationships with key clients. Working on strategic alliances and associations with trade bodies. Development of a customer contact plan & adherence to the same.
Qualification : Dip. in Civil/Arch
