Senior Full Stack Developer Job in Techolution

Techolution is looking for a Full Stack Developer who will be highly skilled in computer programming and comfortable with both backend and frontend programming. This is a data driven role with a self-starter attitude and has a proven track record to identify unique and creative problem solvers.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute as team player and individual contributor on assigned projects.
• Formulate, design and develop software solutions based on business requirements and application roadmap in alignment with architectural direction and standards.
• Ensure that solutions are performant, scalable, resilient and align to appropriate recoverability pattern.
• Support the Scrum master/Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance.
• Collaborate with PM, BA, QA and cross-functional teams to help unblock various issues needing technical expertise.
• Work closely with business team to understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements in form of user stories.
• Validate user stories to ensure that functional requirement/story meet overall business requirement(s)

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong in Data Structures & Algorithms
• Excellent in the Java, Spring/Spring Boot Framework
• Senior Developer with proven working experience in Database and Java Service development and demonstrated capabilities on full life-cycle experience (including design, development, unit testing, debugging, etc.) in the delivery of a wide variety of enterprise software solutions
• Excellent in Relational Databases, SQL, Maria-DB and PL/SQL
• Proficient in writing the Stored procedure/ functions and views development
• Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework
• Experience in developing JSON, SCP, Connect Direct, Message Queues.
• Experience in CI/CD and associated tools (TestNG, Jenkins, Sonar, SVN, Bitbucket, fisheye and JIRA) using any cloud platforms.
• Experience in JBoss configuration and setup.
• Knowledge of Angular/React will be a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, collaborating, and team building.
• Hands-on experiences in UNIX shell scripting and Linux commands will be a plus.
• Knowledge or prior experience on TWS or Any Scheduling framework will be a plus
• Ability to work with complexity and ambiguity and use it to their advantage.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
• Prior knowledge of banking products, financial accounting, regulatory reporting, MIS concepts and finance processes will be a plus.
• Master or bachelor s degree in computer science or a related field.
