Embedded Hardware Design Engineer Job in Techolution Pvt Ltd

Techolution is looking for Hardware Design Engineers to join our team. As a Hardware Design Engineer, you will be working to Analyze engineering designs of logic or power supply circuits, motor controls, for implementation into new or existing automated, or other electromechanical systems. Embedded hardware design, PCBdesign, Broad bring up, prototyping, and firmware development.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Take care of microcontroller/microprocessor electronics product design and development, as an Embedded Hardware Engineer.

Select analog/digital components, prepare/review schematics, Design multilayer PCB Designs

Design development of power supply, battery swapping circuits

Coordinates with engineering leaders, firmware engineers, mechanical engineers, sourcing, and manufacturing personnel to develop the products

Conduct studies to determine the feasibility, costs, or performance benefits of new mechatronic equipment.

Responsible for preparing manufacturing hardware documentation wiring Instruction, assembly instructions, and hardware test plans.

Research, select or apply sensors, communication technologies, or control devices for motion control, position sensing, or electronic communication.

Design, develop, or implement control circuits or algorithms for electromechanical devices or systems.

Coordinate with Supply Chain team and vendors to manufacture and assemble PCB boards

Technical Skills:

Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded systems.

Solid PCB Designing and schematics design experience.

Experience in Power Supply Circuits.

Proven experience in embedded systems design with preemptive, multitasking real-time operating systems.

Adequate knowledge of reading schematics and datasheets for components and components selection

Strong documentation and writing skills.

Hands-on Knowledge communication Interfaces and protocols(UART, SPI, I2C, USB, RS232, RS485, RJ45, MODBUS, CAN).

Knowledge in memory interfacings like EEPROM, eMMC, DRAM, and SRAM.

Hands-on knowledge hardware design using WiFi, BLE, Xbee, Lora, etc.

Understanding DFT, DFM in product development.

Experience in EMI/EMC and ESD.

Knowledge on control high power IGBT and Power MOSFET.

Experience in designing custom PCBs with Nordic SoC is an added advantage
