What we're looking for

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
• Strong Expertise in Java.
• Good expertise in building applications using Kotlin.
• Available Mobile Native Android Widgets.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
• Ability to develop and use complicated data structures and algorithms. This includes understanding the fundamentals, as well as navigating and improving existing code.
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks.
• Experience in working with versioning tools like Maven or Gradle.
• Work on bug fixing and improving the application performance by coming up with best practices, responsiveness and quality.
• Be an excellent individual contributor to design and build advanced applications for the android platform.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design and implement features.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills where you can validate and communicate your decisions clearly.
