Job Title: Senior Data Scientist Generative AI

Job Summary:

Tezo is seeking passionate AI Engineers to harness the power of Generative AI and build cutting-edge solutions that transform enterprises. Join us in revolutionizing the business landscape by developing intelligent, generative AI models that drive real-world impact at scale.

In this role, you will be an integral part of the Machine Learning Platforms/Data Science team, focusing on developing, testing, and deploying Generative AI models for enterprise use cases. You ll work closely with architects, developers, and product teams to deliver state-of-the-art AI solutions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Build production-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions with advanced retrieval, re-ranking, and optimization techniques.
• Develop GenAI applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Vector Stores, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Fine-tune LLMs for specific business use cases (preferred).
• Design and implement end-to-end machine learning and NLP solutions, including data preprocessing, modeling, and deployment.
• Deploy ML solutions in production using cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment of AI solutions with organizational goals.
• Lead and mentor team members, promoting best practices in data science and AI/ML.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 4+ years of experience in developing end-to-end machine learning and NLP projects.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and advanced RAG techniques.
• Proficiency in building GenAI applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Vector Stores.
• Strong expertise in Python and SQL for data science projects.
• Experience deploying ML models in production environments on Azure or AWS.
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and team-leading skills.

Preferred:

• Experience fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) for business use cases.
• Familiarity with cloud-native AI/ML services and scalable architecture.
