Technology Manager - is an exciting new role for someone who has donned the role of a developer, mentor, business analyst, technical consultant, architect, project manager, release manager, scrum master and account manager. Yes, someone who has experienced all these flavours and can bring them together to be a magician setting the process framework and run the show. Yes, we are looking at someone who can handle multiple (5-6) global engagements and take care of everything from technical leadership to account management and sees this as a welcome opportunity, never boring, as one gets to play a different role the situation demands, on each initiative.

The Key Responsibilities are very simple, if you see them right

• Run the show - Manage the end to end of project execution for a timely delivery and on-budget
• Deliver quality - Ensure that proper coding standards and best practices are followed
• Win trust - Approach everything with the sole aim of winning the confidence and receptiveness to a good idea. - with your team and with the customer, a Success mantra.
• Proactive vision - Actively involve in architectural design and reviews with technical teams, always encouraging them for use of latest technologies and scale new heights of perfection.
• Plan Agile - Implement the right methodology to balance the project demands and smooth execution.
• Define success - Ensure customer satisfaction with a clear scope definition and change management process.

Must Have:

• Hunger for learning and staying abreast with latest technology updates
• Believe in mentoring and grooming talent
• Identify improvement opportunities and track them to closure. Assist in developing best practices in area of expertise.
• Knowledge of agile, project management and software project metrics
• Practical exposure in establishing and monitoring leading practices to control Engineering and functional quality of the project(s)

Qualification:

• Overall Experience: 10-12 years
• Delivery management: 2-3 years
• Consulting experience: 5-6 years
