Role Purpose

Given the capabilities, we are looking for Profile who should have experience across the entire SQL and NoSQL database platform along with Code Deployments. As a Sr DBA you will be responsible in validating the data per the requirement and assisting other teammates in improving their knowledge through sharing and collaboration to advance the client's Database Server support program.

Core Functions:

• Provide DBA support with a high degree of customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness.
• To Provide DBA support on Various database technologies.
• Work with development team on data validations.
• Migrating/Elevating the changes to higher environment.
• Create database-related scripts and programs to support development and production environments.
• Research, evaluate, design, test, recommend, and plan implementation of new or improved RDBMS, ETL and database tools.
• Experience in NoSQL database platform like cosmos.

Must have:

• 4+ years of experience supporting NoSQL and SQL databases as DBA, Primarily on NoSQL databases like Cosmos and Mongo. And other SQL databases like Oracle, MySQL.
• Experience in NoSQL database technology like Cosmos or MongoDB
• Database Administration support for production systems and provide DBA services to application development teams, including database design, database generation, coding, and database production support.
• Experiencing in Exposing database objects as API
• Experience in working with Dev/QA team to run data validations.
• Experience in working in Agile-based projects, leveraging DevOps practices and handling deployments releases.

Nice to Have:

• Have prior experience in Microsoft SQL Server and other database technologies like Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Experience in Azure PaaS and SaaS.
• Experience in MySQL database administration.

Qualification:

• 5 + years of experience in Database Environment
