Core Functions:

  • Design content marketing strategies and set tactical and strategic goals
  • Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business goals
  • Collaborate with design and writing teams to produce high-quality content.
  • Develop editorial calendar, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Deliver engaging content on a regular basis and inspire team members
  • Edit, proofread and improve the content
  • Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Web traffic metrics and recommend best practices
  • Share content through various channels, ensuring a strong web presence
  • Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement
  • Business Acumen and Lead generation
  • Manage business impact campaigns

Must have:

  • Proven work experience of 5-8 years in Content marketing
  • Design content marketing strategies and set tactical and strategic goals
  • Well versed in content marketing strategies that drive revenue
  • Have exposure to multi-channel marketing that enables organizational growth
  • Experience in channel campaign creation, execution, management, and reporting
  • Experience in handling external vendors and the processes associated
  • Editorial mindset with an ability to address audience preferences
  • Hands on experience with SEO, webmaster tools, and web traffic metrics
  • Expertise in managing social media platform
  • Stakeholder engagement Communication (CXOs/Top Management)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Account-Based Marketing
  • Corporate and Analyst relationships
