Job Description:
Understanding the RFP/RFQ for Custom Application Development, Internet Marketing Projects leads received through various sources including online portals like upwork & others.
Sales Professionals core responsibility will be required to generate revenues for the leads proposals submitted by presales team on online portals like upwork & others. Presales candidates who will be able to close specific sales by themselves with a go getter attitude and act as a single presales cum sales resource will be given higher preference and will earn higher commissions.
Initial requirement gathering from customers through calls, Skype, IMs, phone calls and Emails.
Presales Executives will be translating Requirements into SOWs (Scope of work), do complete effort estimation of all resources required in complete SDLC of a project. Prior Experience in SRS & FSD creation, SQL and Business/Impact Analysis, Wireframes/Prototype designing will be added advantage. If Sales executives have prior experience in the above mentioned tasks, that will be added advantage.
Will be coordinating with Project Team Resources like Technical Lead, Graphic Designer, HTML Programmer, Testing team for confirming the estimations or for the technical estimations which cannot be done by the candidates themselves.
Candidate will then be responsible to prepare Custom Proposals/Replies for RFP/ leads and submit the responses to the client in minimum possible timeframe.
Will be responsible to show demos/POC s to the prospective clients alone or with the sales/presales team.
Presales Manager will be managing a team of Pre-sales Junior Executives and will be reviewing team work on regular basis. Apart from that, will try to sell and win the projects when there no pre-sales proposals/RFP Responses to be drafted.
Must understand IT / Software services like web, mobile, desktop application development in .Net, PHP, Java, HTML 5, CSS etc., SEO, SEM, Infrastructure services and must be able to explain those to the clients.
Minimum 6 months of experience in IT Services Company with practical knowledge of all tasks mentioned in this job description. Hence please read job description completely and then apply.
Candidate should have excellent verbal communication and written skills in English, especially inproposalwriting. Must have outstanding presentation skills and must be well verse with all softwares used in Proposal drafting, Presentations and Client meetings.
