Back End Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Back-end Developer to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for server-side logic, database architecture, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Your work will be critical to building scalable and efficient web applications for our organization.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code for functional web applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal functionality.
• Conduct UI performance tests and implement improvements.
• Utilize cutting-edge technologies to enhance and maintain legacy systems.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Analyze technical requirements and assist in system architecture design.
• Provide technical support and training to internal development teams.
• Create reusable libraries and components for future development needs.
• Coordinate with designers, system administrators, and developers to plan new features.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Implement RESTful APIs and manage backend logic and database design.
• Ensure good understanding of UI/UX principles and frontend-backend integration.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as a Back-end Developer or similar role.
• Deep understanding of the complete web development lifecycle including frontend and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with PHP (CodeIgniter or Laravel), Node.js, React.js.
• Experience working with CMS frameworks and server management.
• Strong grasp of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
• Collaborative team player with effective communication abilities.

AngularJS, Bootstrap, HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, Tailwind CSS, PHP, WordPress, Shopify, CodeIgniter, Laravel, Node.js, Vue.js

Tools and Technologies

Figma, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Zoho CRM, JIRA, GitHub, Timedoctor

Development Methodologies

Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban. Strong knowledge of Scrum ceremonies required.

Educational Qualification

UG: BCA, MCA, Diploma, B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field
