Job Summary

We are hiring a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive (HR Executive) to manage end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle activities within our growing IT and digital services organization. This is a full-time, remote opportunity ideal for a self-driven HR professional with proven experience in IT recruitment, HR operations, and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining HR processes, driving recruitment strategy, and building a positive and productive work culture aligned with our company s goals.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions within IT and digital teams.
  • Write clear, engaging job descriptions and post them across job portals, social platforms, and company career pages.
  • Source candidates through job boards (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen, interview, and coordinate hiring processes with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and reduce time-to-hire metrics.

HR Operations & Policy Implementation

  • Handle employee onboarding, background verification, and offboarding documentation.
  • Maintain HRIS and ensure timely updates of employee records (attendance, performance, payroll data, etc.).
  • Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and SOPs across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR regulations, and statutory requirements.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Act as a bridge between management and employees to address concerns, grievances, and suggestions.
  • Drive employee engagement activities including team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Monitor and improve employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce planning and training needs.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare and present recruitment dashboards, HR reports, and workforce analytics to leadership.
  • Track KPIs such as attrition rate, hiring velocity, and engagement metrics for performance reviews and forecasting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent (mandatory)
  • 2 to 5+ years of relevant HR experience, with at least 1 year in IT recruitment or HR in an IT services company
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Zoho Recruit)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, HR best practices, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Recruitment & CRM Tools: Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM
  • Marketing & Communication: Mailchimp, Canva
  • HR & Productivity Tools: Microsoft Office, TimeDoctor

Development Methodology

  • Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum and Kanban frameworks
  • Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies and Agile communication protocols is a plus

Educational Qualifications

  • UG: Any Graduate (Preferably with HR or Management background)
  • PG: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Management (HR specialization required)
