Business Development Executive - Trainee

• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives based on the company's Products & Services
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
• Developing strategies and goals for business growth
• Generating leads and conversion of the same
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients
• Maintain the CRM with leads, opportunities and all follow up activities

Requirements:

• MBA Marketing / BE CS or IT / BTech CS or IT
• Ability to work independently with plenty of initiative
• Good business sense
• Deep understanding of marketing principles
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with ERP product selling will be added advantage
