Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Java developers.
- Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance applications.
- Collaborate with teams to define and implement technical requirements.
- Ensure code quality, security, and best practices in software development.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Java development, including leadership experience.
- Expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, Hibernate/JPA, and relational databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of messaging queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and ActiveMQ.
- Extensive experience in software design and architecture.
- Hands-on knowledge of DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
