Job Summary

Job Title: Tele-counselor

No. of Vacancies: 3

Essential Qualifications: Graduate

Essential Experience: At least 6 months into hard-core on call assistance(Inbound and Outbound), Should be good at excel

Working Days: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday, Saturday Half Day)

Working Hours: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

o Counseling patients and coordinating with doctors
o Should have Excellent Communication Skills.
o Fluent in English, Hindi & Kannada/ Tamil/ Telugu(should be able to read, write and speak)
o Good Team player
o Good soft skills(computer knowledge)
o Work would be 80% tele-counseling and 20% assisting the execution team.
