Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and build overall email marketing strategy
• Create and design various CTAs and email templates
• Test every campaigns success
• Create smart email lists
• Increase email subscriptions
• Analyse data to get smart insights
• Suggest methods for improvements
• Segment lists based on behaviours like past email engagement and website interactions
• Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
• Ensure marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects.
• Segmentation Lead scoring, Lifecycle staging and Progressive profiling Multi-step nurtures customized by e-mail and web behavioural tokens Reporting, Data Visualization & Analytics Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics
• Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends.
• Experience with email automation tools
• Identify client s business objectives, challenges and key success metrics.
• Past experience with in marketing automation technology.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Skills / Experience:

• Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics
