Job Summary
Job Title: Workday Adaptive Planning Administrator Job Summary Seeking a skilled Workday Adaptive Planning Administrator to manage and optimize the company's financial planning and analysis processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, financial modeling, and data analysis. Key Responsibilities Manage data integrations between Adaptive Insights and source systems like NetSuite, Workday HCM, and Salesforce. Serve as the primary point of contact for business and IT teams regarding Adaptive Insights. Monitor and implement new Workday/Adaptive functionality and upgrades. Manage business rules, calculations, and repositories within Adaptive Insights to support the company's budgeting and forecasting processes. Configure and customize Adaptive Insights to meet evolving business needs. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for data integrity and standardized end-user processes. Troubleshoot data issues and resolve system break-fixes. Maintain user permissions and role access. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective application configurations. Perform additional administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications and Experience 3-5 years of experience with system administration and financial modeling within Adaptive Planning. Proven expertise in Adaptive Planning and its features. Excellent data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Adaptive Planning certification is preferred.
