We are seeking a skilled CMS Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing complex and scalable backend systems for CMS websites. As a CMS Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our clients' websites. You will work closely with the design and development teams to ensure that client requirements are met and deadlines are achieved. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the backend infrastructure of CMS websites. Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure client requirements are met. Write clean and efficient code to ensure the website is fast and responsive Identify and troubleshoot backend issues and bugs Develop and implement security measures to protect the website from hacking and other security threats Work with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs Manage and mentor junior developers on the team Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in backend development Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 4-5 years of experience in CMS backend development Strong knowledge of PHP and SQL Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc. Ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code Knowledge of security measures and how to implement them Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams Ability to manage a team of developers and push them to meet deadlines Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
