Software Lead / Technical Architect Job in Teamplus Staffing Solution Pvt Ltd.

Job Role & Responsibility :

1. To lead the development and lifetime maintenance of software products
2. Developing the detailed design structure after understanding therequirements and the design.
3. Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project.
4. Responsible for managing the continuous improvement process withinthe software product s lifecycle.
5. Maintain project plans for both software and hardware development andreport back to management on the progress of projects.
6. Perform products validation and testing against international, nationaland local standards.
7. Ensuring a detailed understanding of the needs with the team andproviding mechanisms to validate products against the standards
8. Ensuring software products developed at Alucor are adequatelydocumented, to a level to allow other group resources to maintain thepackage and that adequate backups of each version of software for all
projects are maintained in an ordered and safe fashion
9. To get involved from initial concept, design and functional specification,some writing of code, writing of preliminary documentation and testingof the final product.
10. You will have a number of staff in your team and be expected to directlymanage those staff.
11. To carry out staff appraisals, skill sets reviews and general personnelmanagement.

Skills :

2.Strong knowledge of Python Programming
3.Knowledge of a backend framework like Django based on python.
4.Knowledge of front-end development including excellent knowledge ofHTML, CSS and JavaScript
5.Knowledge of front-end frameworks/libraries such as react or angular isa plus
6.Sound knowledge of databases such as MySQL, postgres, SQL, mongodB
7.Knowledge of native development for IOS and Android is a plus
8.Must have excellent technical abilities in order to successfully performtheir job responsibilities.
9.Aside from key technical abilities, need to have strong leadership skillsto motivate team members and know how to efficiently make importantdecisions.
10.Should also have strong communication skills to oversee personnel andfoster collaboration with other organizational departments.
11.Should display a high degree of adaptability in order to learn newtechnologies as needed and successfully manage the daily challenges ofa technical environment.
