Job Description . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITES:

Work on New implementation, Upgrade and Support projects of Oracle SCMmodulesfor Global clients
Work with functional and technical team members to identify businessrequirementsand integrations
Assist in Translating Business Requirements into Design and Setup Documents,Creating Test Scripts and testing Business Scenarios on Oracle Applications
Propose Application based solutions to business pain points and processImprovement
Partner with clients to finalize the key design aspects and other developmentefforts
Work with team on technical and functionals issues as well as lead design anddevelopment
Finalize Strategy for Interfaces, Conversions, Reports and Extensions
Confirm unit testing of reports, interfaces, data conversion and extensions
Support solution validation in all the phases of CRP, SIT, UAT and Go Live
Support end-user application queries, daily plan runs/collections etc.
Ensure on-time application delivery
Defining best practice processes for the development lifecycle and the tools tomanage them
Keeps abreast of the latest technologies, releases, and considers how newfeaturesand functionality may be used to solve challenges in the business areas.
Lead internal and external client facing projects as needed
Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to team members as well as end-users
Help Sales/Pre-Sales in developing POCs for prospect clients
Assist in developing training materials on Oracle Cloud SCM modules

Support PM & PMO resources in efficient scoping of deliverables
Manage working hours while working with US teams and customers
Support other associates/colleagues in their learning and mentoring
Communicate effectively internally and externally
Produce high quality deliverables that represents the AVATA brand

SKILLS:

Sound Oracle Cloud integration experience using OIC / ICS / JAVA programminglanguage
Good exposure of BI Publisher and OBIEE
Hands-on with FBDI / ADFdi data load process in Oracle Cloud
Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming
Strong understanding of Cloud paradigms and models such as IaaS, PaaS andSaaS
Good knowledge of SOA frameworks
Experience with common Web Services standards and implementations. E.g.WSDL / SOAP /XML / REST / JAX-WS a plus
Well versed with supply chain processes of multiple industries Manufacturing,FMCG, Retail,Hi-Tech etc.
Minimum 4 Years of working experience on Cloud applications and projects preferablyOracle SCM/SCP Cloud projects
Good Analytical skills / Self-Learning attitude
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications- Excel, Word, Power point etc.
