Senior Software Engineer 4-6 years of IT experience. At least 3 years of experience in Data Management areas including design, development, testing and deployment using Informatica. Should be proficient in Informatica (version 6 or 7) and have at least 2 years of recent Informatica experience. Minimum 1 year of experience in leading small teams of 3-4 developers in the role of tech lead. Should be hands-on at least 30 % of the time. Pluses: UNIX skills (shell scripting), DB2 (mainframe or UDB). Performance Tuning specific databases and Informatica Should have exposure to working with onsite teams in an onsite-offshore model. Above Average communication skills.
