Job Summary
- Accountable for providing detailed analysis for set of Key Performance Indicators
- Extraction of data from DBMS systems using SQL/other query languages to create datasets for Simulation, understanding dataset & cleaning dataset
- Good understanding of the Network Design / Inventory / Spare Parts Planning
- Experience with tools in the supply chain design/ Network/ Inventory / Spare Parts (like LLamasoft, Tools Group, Servilities, oracle- demand planning tool, JDA, etc.)
- Good understanding of warehouse management / analytical tools (like LLamasoft, Manhattan etc.) and methods to optimize logistics costs and improve service levels
- Work towards setting up models very close to reality by applying exceptions, constraints and MRP policies
- Communicate with multiple teams to gather information and provide management level summary
- Liaison multiple departments like finance, supply chain, operations to ensure accurate data is used, flag master data concerns
- Simulation Models Lifecycle Management
