Job Summary

Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and infrastructure Follow up with customers to ensure their problems are fully resolved Provide guidance and solutions to enhance the customer experience Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the ticketing system accordingly Collaborate with other team members to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction Participate in team training and knowledge-sharing sessions to remain up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in technical support or related field Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and infrastructure Experience with ticketing systems and remote access tools Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work well in a team environment Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
