Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and design customized IT solutions that meet their business needs. Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in IT architecture and incorporate them into the solution design. Work collaboratively with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all Tbot Techno Systems solutions and services. Ensure that all designs and implementations adhere to industry best practices and compliance requirements. Provide guidance and support to project teams during the implementation process. Liaise with stakeholders to obtain feedback and ensure that the solution meets all expectations. Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT architecture and design. Proven track record of delivering customized solutions that meet business needs. Strong knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, and networking technologies. Experience working with leading OEMs such as Veritas, HPE, Microsoft, and Nutanix. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
