Job Summary

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Candidate has to make outbound calls on leads provided by the company through IVR.
Candidate has to explain about eR4u Software to client.
Should Perform 80-120 calls in a day.
Following up with the customers.
Must be able to close the deals and generate business for the company.
Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communication & Call handling skills
Should have good Lead Management skills
Having basic knowledge of computers, Internet, websites and Software will be beneficial
Candidates working in the same industry will get the good benefits from us.
Strong motivation and a burning desire to succeed
Self Starter approach
A good telephone manner
