Total experience (Year wise) : Minimum 2 years
Experience Work wise in capacity of : Self correspondent, customer relations
Preferred Industry/ Company : Any
2. Key Job Responsibilities:
Handling correspondence
Handling customers for subscription renewals and follow ups for pending renewals (calling)
Creation of Dongles of Excus and sending updates to customers
Any other specific information required for the candidate:
Good command on written and spoken English
Typing Speed 50-60 words per minutes.
Preferably from Delhi
Required - Customer Relationship skill with 1+ years experience
Required - Bachelor's or higher education
Required - Located in Delhi
Required - Good command over English
