  • Work with application users on L1 issues
  • Work with various development teams on L2, L3 issues

  • Application Monitoring and Log Analysis
  • Work US business hrs
Eligibility
  • Python application development (Django framework)
  • Relational DB like Postgres and SQL
  • Cloud infrastructure like AWS (S3, SQS, EC2 etc)
  • React JS, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • L1 & L2 Support
  • Bridge call management
  • Incident communications
  • Application release management
  • Application monitoring and log analysis
  • ITIL Knowledge
  • ITSM, collaboration and CI-CD tools
