Job Summary The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive suite of learning and development programs that support the organization's strategic objectives. This role involves developing and delivering training programs, facilitating leadership development initiatives, and partnering with business units to drive a culture of continuous learning. Key Responsibilities Learning Program Development Design, refresh, and implement the Future Skill Academy (Digital & AI). Design, refresh, and implement Leadership Academies (SLDP, AYLP, ELP). Institutionalize coaching as a leadership development intervention. Develop and maintain a repository of learning partners, external faculty, and negotiate corporate rates. Review and communicate the L&D process and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Leadership Development Facilitate ALP teams for regular reviews, track progress, and measure business value created. Develop internal trainers to enhance the organization's training capabilities. Partner Relations Interface with partner institutions and universities to finalize MOUs and establish partnerships. Manage relationships with external learning providers and vendors. International Training Coordinate and facilitate international training programs. Support higher education initiatives through HESP. Functional Competencies Instructional Design: Expertise in designing effective training programs aligned with learning objectives and adult learning principles. Curriculum Development: Ability to create comprehensive and engaging curricula that address diverse learning needs. Data Analysis: Skill in using data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement. Learning Metrics: Knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and how to track and analyze training outcomes. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in learning and development or a related field. Strong instructional design skills and experience in developing and delivering training programs. Proficiency in data analysis tools and metrics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
