Job Summary The Group Head - Employee Engagement, Wellness, R&R, Policies & Processes is responsible for creating and nurturing a positive and engaging work environment that fosters employee satisfaction, well-being, and high performance. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive strategies in the areas of employee engagement, wellness, rewards and recognition, and company policies. Key Responsibilities Employee Engagement Develop and execute strategic employee engagement initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Design and implement targeted engagement programs for specific employee cohorts, such as new hires, remote workers, women, and high performers. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture through effective engagement programs. Conduct engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and implement data-driven action plans. Guide managers and leaders on best practices for employee engagement. Health and Wellbeing Develop and oversee comprehensive wellness programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Collaborate with stakeholders to design targeted wellness initiatives for different employee groups. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into wellness programs. Conduct wellness events, workshops, and campaigns to promote healthy behaviors. Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments. Rewards and Recognition Assess and optimize existing reward and recognition programs. Develop and implement effective recognition programs to acknowledge employee achievements. Ensure fairness, transparency, and consistency in the reward and recognition process. Benchmark reward and recognition practices against industry standards. Policies and Processes Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of company policies and procedures. Ensure alignment of policies with operational standards and regulatory requirements. Communicate and disseminate policies effectively throughout the organization. General Responsibilities Utilize internal communication channels and social media to showcase employee initiatives and track engagement. Foster open and transparent communication through effective channels and feedback mechanisms. Analyze feedback and develop strategies to address concerns and improve employee morale. Prepare reports and presentations to share insights with leadership. Required Qualifications 12-15 years of experience in human resources or a related field. Strong understanding of employee engagement, wellness, and rewards and recognition strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
