Job Summary Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral) Must-Have: Experience: 4-6 years in building JMeter and/or Blazemeter performance test scripts for various applications. Script Execution: Ability to run scripts, analyze results, and generate performance metrics. Performance Analysis: Participate in application performance analysis. Remediation Suggestions: Ability to interpret performance bottlenecks and suggest remediation. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and judgment skills. Testing Experience: Experience in load and stress testing. Familiarity with LoadRunner is a plus. Good-to-Have: Strong communication skills.
