Job Summary Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral) Must-Have: IICS Development: Hands-on experience in IICS development. Migration Experience: Experience in designing and developing migration code from Informatica PowerCenter to IICS. Informatica Knowledge: Strong understanding of Informatica PowerCenter, including existing mapping and ETL flows. Team Management: Experience managing and coordinating teams across locations, particularly on migration projects. Good-to-Have: Knowledge of Autosys, JIRA, PowerExchange, and Agile methodology. Role Responsibilities and Expectations: Requirement Analysis: Interact with Business Analysts to understand project requirements. Mapping Development: Build mappings, sessions, and workflows based on mapping requirements. Performance Tuning: Optimize Informatica mappings and database performance. Bottleneck Identification: Identify performance bottlenecks in Informatica and implement fine-tuning measures.
