Job Summary Job Description Technical Expertise: Deep expertise in endpoint security technologies, particularly in EDR, HIPS, Anti-Malware, FIM, and Server Protection. Solution Maintenance: Proven experience in maintaining endpoint security solutions within enterprise environments. Compliance Reporting: Provide monthly compliance reports and additional reports as needed. Security Needs Analysis: Perform analysis of endpoint security requirements to contribute to the design, integration, and installation of hardware and software. Troubleshooting: Analyze, troubleshoot, and develop solutions for endpoint security issues. SOP Creation: Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for daily operations of endpoint security tools and services. Monitoring: Monitor security advisory groups to ensure that all necessary updates, patches, and preventive measures are implemented. Forensics Support: Assist with forensic activities and requirements. Soft Skills: Exhibit strong soft skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
