Job Summary Core Responsibilities:
Sales Process Management
oAggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for affordable home loans in the region while continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationships.
oExplore and identify new sourcing avenues and channels, set up new locations to increase business volumes.
oRetain and expand the company's base of customers across all channel partners and franchisee to ensure repeat business or referrals
oFacilitate the development of new builder/channel relationships with so as to penetrate new markets and thereby increase business
oDefine the sourcing funnel and align with the team on ground lead generation activities to create a reliable network of DSA / Direct Sales / Builders.
oEnsure smooth functioning of lending process at the various stages such as inquiry, application, verification, pre and post -sanction processing, disbursement of loans, and collection
oEnsure minimum wastage across all stages of the s
