Job Summary
  • Responsible for Guntur branch and its territories
  • Experience in Channel Sales.
  • Candidate with Territory knowledge of pump and agriculture Industry is preferable.
  • Proactively contribute to the formulation and direction of sales strategy, implement project and trials for the area.
  • Achieve the sales target as allocated by the HO.
  • Support customer service activity and staff competence to optimise and sustain sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage the allocated budget in order to affect profitable performance for the area.
  • Ensure that all branches adhere to compliance requirements.
  • Clearly communicate and delegate to Branch Manager so that they remain well informed of targets.
  • Achieve stock monitoring and control targets in line with company guidelines.
  • Liaise with dealers, customers and branches for effective sales performance.
  • Identify under-performing branches and develop a business plan to address and manage issues.
  • Achieve successful results through coaching and training branch managers.
  • Collate constructive feedback on Sales.
  • Support Brand Management activities.
  • Develop effective network communication across the area to ensure shared knowledge.
  • Encourage Manager to see continuously develop knowledge of competitor activity and local market conditions.
  • Ensure full implementation of Induction Program of Branch Managers.
  • Create positive environment that results in stable retention of team members.
  • Travel frequently.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties, as requested by the management and the Department Head and Takes up additional tasks as and when assigned by HO.

Skills Required :
  • Smart, analytical, excellent communication skill, good attitude and look ahead capability etc.
  • Resident ofGuntur or willing to relocate is preferable.

Qualification :
Any Graduate
Experience Required :

8 to 12 Years
