Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Performing market analysis and research on competition and marketing platforms
  • Create, manage and update the database on a daily basis
  • Designing and implementing email marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Segmenting email lists based on behaviours like past email engagement, website, and social interactions
  • Creating and maintaining email databases
  • Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube) and editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging
  • Prepare weekly updates and reports to track the growth and success rates of campaigns
  • Keep up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly
  • Establish the first set of client communication which includes emails, messages, and telephonic conversations
  • Prospecting potential clients via various channels in order to generate leads
  • Liaise with the sales team for prospect handover
  • Must be able to create required presentations for managers and clients if needed

Required Skills:

  • Passionate about marketing
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Must have knowledge of digital marketing
  • Bachelor s degree required and MBA is good-to-have
