JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SHOWROOM SALES EXECUTIVES

Job Responsibility:

  • Identifying potential market and calendar it
  • Attending to customer walk-ins and converting them into sales
  • To provide detail explanation on products to customers
  • Quick learning and cataloguing skills
  • Visual merchandising & store maintenance
  • Lead generation through constant follow ups with one on one, phone calls & emails
  • To make quotations
  • Meeting respective sales goals and achieve the given targets
  • Exceptional customer service is a must
  • Target potential customers in the respective market like Architects, Interior Designers, Real Estate and more


Expected Skill Set:

  • Looking for confident individuals who are passionate and capable in acquiring potential customers and converting into sales
  • Ability to understand and gauge knowledge on products to be sold is a must
  • Good written / spoken communication skills in English
  • Ability to speak Kannada and other regional languages preferably
  • Carry a confident and influential attitude
  • Computer operational Skills like Email & MS Office is desired
  • Comfortable working with systems and a professional environment
  • Passion for Sales, Prospecting & Closing Skills
  • Knack to communicate, create quality customer engagement and understand their requirements
  • Able to provide design solutions to customers

    Wanted Experience:

    Looking for candidates who are have an experience of 1 -3 years in retail showroom sales
    Opening available for both Male/Female
    Candidates who have similar experience with Furniture/ home decor related products are preferred
  • Educational Qualification - Any Bachelor degree is good
