As the Administrative Coordinator, you will occupy a critical role with administrative responsibilities in four main areas: administrative support to the CEO, administrative support for assessment and consulting services, as well as administrative support related to document management and record keeping. A smaller, but still important, part of this role will also provide administrative support for general office management around supplies and general liaison communications with building management. A representative listing of responsibilities with this position includes:

  • Scheduling with multiple clients across multiple consultant calendars simultaneously
  • Communicating with clients to ensure collection of necessary information prior to appointments
  • Coordinating and providing administrative oversight of client related assessment activities
  • Partnering with clients around any troubleshooting needs related to appointments at TalentQuest
  • Proof, edit, transcribe, and distribute reports to clients
  • Printing and binding reports for consulting clients
  • Maintain administrative logs and records around consulting services
  • Ensure effective and efficient document management coordination and storage associated with consulting services
  • Monitor and replenish office and assessment inventories as needed
  • Other administrative support as needed
