Job Summary

Review all supply chain design elements in view of changes in business size and need in good time (also with external support)
Overall responsibility for identifying the business needs, deploying, and implementing the annual plans to deliver service, cost, productivity, quality & innovation.
Define most appropriate roles in Supply Chain and hire / train/coach / develop related resources.
Ensure visibility of information flow through the installation of proven process flow and integrate all systems through ERP and automation
Leads Sales and Operations Planning Process for the country & drive efficiency of flows from supply planning and execution to customer delivery by optimizing supply chain cost, processes, inventory, sales forecasting.
Co-ordinate and manage Finished Good Vendors to produce as per agreement and Quality Assurance norms.
Ensure optimum balance amongst own production, suppliers, vendors, imports.
Forecast inventory needs and production schedules and creates strategies to improve the production and quality of goods
Owner of the OP process from Supply Chain and ensure delivery against plans.
Supports and or participates in local, regional, and global projects (process improvements, complexity reduction, portfolio management, new SCM solutions, tender, MoB)
