ANSR is today one of the largest drivers of FDI into India with over $1.5B of capital investments. ABOUT THE ROLE Lead Designer Responsibilities: ? Lead the design and execution of creative campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, print, social media, and other marketing channels. ? Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to develop and refine design concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives. ? Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deliverables are of the highest quality and delivered within established timelines. ? Mentor and inspire a team of visual designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster their professional growth and maintain design consistency. ? Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and actively seek opportunities to enhance Talent500's visual identity and user experience. ? Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers as needed, managing relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of design projects. Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. ? 6-8 years of experience working as a creative lead, ideally in a fast-paced digital agency or technology-driven environment. ? Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including campaigns, branding, and digital experiences. ? Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with prototyping tools. ? Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a design team, providing clear direction and constructive feedback. ? Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders. ? Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive and visually compelling experiences. ? Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
