Roles and Responsibilities
Production application support skills with 8-10 years of experience
Hands-on exposure supporting the trading systems / risk systems with good technical knowledge
Functional knowledge various NSE/BSE listed products including equities, commodities, forex etc
Willingness to work in shifts
Positive attitude with good communication skills and interested to learn, take ownership/accountability
++ Should have experience in SQL ; Oracle / MSSQL
to maintain production environment with zero downtime
resolve customer issues to satisfaction
team management
independent issue resolution and fixes
Issues to get resolved on immediate basis
Immediately raise to ADM Team in case of bug
Maintain health of Production Environment marking 100% uptime
Involvement in issue resolution to closure
Customer satisfaction in resolving issues
Immediate closure of issues raised
