Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A.Drive Business Process Management
Track the key metrics andIdentify gaps and scopes of
improvement and design strategies accordingly to improve the
process.
Provide key Insights on Process improvement and Data lead
insights on functional strategy.
Help design and Publish Key Exec Level Presentations and
dashboards.
Handling all compliance and Audit requirements
Supporting Sr Manager in NPS and customer communication
strategies.
Increase automation of present manual work/ MIS s etc.

Team Management
Identify and hire right candidates with the help of HR
Manage attrition and activation of VRMs
Ensure adherence to agreed SLA and compliance regulations


Desired Candidate Profile

Desired qualification and experience
Graduate/Post Graduate in Management
Must have a minimum of 5+ year of experience
Team management experience customer service/sales call center related processes
Knowledge of Insurance sales and related processes



Experience Required :

5 to 10 Years
