Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To work in a team oriented environment and work effectively to ensure that the forex
trading platforms operations (FX-CLEAR & FX-SWAP) are completed as per laid
down procedures within the defined time limit, and to contribute effectively to
achieve departmental and organizational goals.

SCOPE
The position requires the candidate to work effectively as part of a team to ensure
daily forex trading platforms activities are completed in a time bound manner with no
scope for error.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Indicative Duties & Responsibilities:-
Handling daily operations and monitoring of FX-CLEAR & FX-SWAP platforms
Handling and resolving member queries
Preparation of Reports
Promotion and Marketing of Trading platforms including meeting existing and
prospective members.
Active participation in other departmental activities
Promotion and Marketing of API trading activity and retail platform

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Qualification
The ideal candidate should be a Graduate with Higher educational qualification like
MBA, CA or CWA, CFA, MCom etc.
Minimum acceptable qualification
B.Com from a reputed university

Job Experience
Minimum job experience in related field
Work experience of a minimum of 7-8 years in banks or financial institutions
preferably in the area of dealing operations, preferably a dealer in any field. The
candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts (morning and evening).

Knowledge
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
Financial markets preferably in Foreign exchange markets
Skills
1. Strong arithmetic base
2. Ability to prioritize
3. Ability to multitask
4. Sound working knowledge of Microsoft products like MS Word, Excel PPTetc.

Training
Technology Knowledge/awareness
Extensive working knowledge of MS Office, like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
Sound financial knowledge and number crunching ability.
Personal Attributes
Pleasing personality, Adaptability, Time management, Teamwork, good interpersonal
and communication skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS
The candidate would be required to work in a team oriented environment, in rotational
shifts and work in a co-coordinated manner to complete daily activities timely.
Physical Demand- Physically Fit employee
Mental Demands-Capable of working under stressful scenarios, and responding to member queries etceffectively and courteously.
