Roles and Responsibilities

Tech Spoc for a banking partner from a digital channel and Asset management perspective.

He/She Will own and frontend Technological enhancements, Infra, Integrations and Product Management for bank based onboarding assets.

He/She will also act as a tech SME for innovative initiatives and facilitate execution between MLI and Banking partner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

E2E asset ownership

Tech upgrades Middleware/Code/Service layer

Application monitoring setup/enhancements

Automation & Performance improvement enhancements

Governance of production issues impacting Banca sales across applications and channels (Branch, Tele etc.) with stakeholders

Project/Architecture Solutioning and Delivery

Holding Tech communications and stakeholder management between MLI and Bank teams

Lead troubleshooting and outage RCA/reduction. Map DR options for dependencies in Banca sales via applications.

Data solutioning for identification of gaps and impact monitoring of releases/feature introductions/Journey changes

Key competencies/skills required

-Coding background and understanding of middleware components.

-Good understanding of portal architecture and API integrations
