Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

The position is accountable for:
Ensuring Food Safety & Quality compliances of the products being manufacturing in the manufacturing facility.
To ensure the In-process Quality compliances & to check the incoming Raw material, packing material coming
in plant across shifts.
To do internal quality audits related to food safety, PRPs & highlight the gaps. Follow ups on closure on agreed
solution in line with Food Safety & Quality compliances.
To train & educate the food handlers on GMPs, GHPs and all related training on the case. To work out on
RCA/CAPA based on market feedback related to quality of product.

Desired Candidate Profile

Essential
M. Tech/B. Tech in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Food science, Chemistry ,
Biology, Microbiology

Knowledge

Essential - Experience in food/pharmaceutical industrial, international company
preferred.
Familiar with basic QC tools & troubleshooting related to issues being observed on
line with food safety & quality. Good Practical Skills for working in Laboratory.

Experience Essential

1 - 2 years experience in food/pharmaceutical industrial, international company
preferred. Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, TQM, GMP system.
Desirables
Working with sophisticated equipment like HPLC, Karl Fischer titrator, Texture
analyser etc.

Experience Required :

2 to 5 Years
