Roles and Responsibilities

Should be throughout R&D work experience.

Must have worked in R&D set up.

Tap Bakery company -such as large manufacturer of Noodles, ready to eat food

Candidate must have exp in lab setup & Scale up in plant

Must have worked in established R&D set up of large FMCG companies.
Must have experience in Lab development & Scale up in Plant
Must have worked in Bakery company (1st Priority) such as large manufacturer of Noodles
Must have worked in established R&D set up of large FMCG companies.
Must have handled Product development for Noodles in at least 2 of the following categories such as Noodles & ready to eat

Must know the science behind baking and its impact on sensorial.
Must be conversant with NPD process
Must have launched Innovative new products in market in recent past
Must be conversant with bakery commercials
Must have exposure to Quality assurance / control aspect of segment (Not must)
