Roles and Responsibilities
1. Have 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, communication, digital and social media, content creation, and digital marketing
2. Have prior experience in the B2B Industry for digital marketing (is a must)
3. Be well versed in Website management, SEO, SEM, PPC and Content Development
4. Have excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation)
5. Be well versed in creating and executing marketing strategies on various social media, esp LinkedIn, Youtube, and Facebook
6. Be well versed in curating content for B2B brands and translating those into Blogs, newsletters, Emailers etc
7. Have prior experience in managing brands, digital marketing, and SEO campaigns in the Middle East (will be preferred).
8. Have experience in the Power / Renewable Industry (is an added advantage)
Job Responsibilities:
Translate brand strategies into monthly digital marketing and social media content plans
Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for the company across all business vertical and geographies
Manage and oversee different digital marketing activities across India, UAE and Thailand
Track SEO, SEM, PPC and Google Analytics data
Oversee all the company's social media accounts
Content creation and manage all online content across websites and blogs
Build monthly content marketing plans
Nurture and grow strong agency relationships across Digital and social Media to generate high performance and Measure ROI and KPIs
Independent thinker and executor with bias for execution in chaotic environment
Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with number analysis and driving insights out of the same
Prepare and manage digital marketing and social media budgets
Influencing and negotiation skills
Creative and innovative problem-solving abilities
Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
