What can you expect? In this role, you will work on software development and support for the company's business solutions within a defined Software Development Lifecycle Help lead clients through Workday development lifecycle from requirements through production go-live Collaborate with the Integration Architect and Engagement Manager to help drive project success Build strong relationships with customers and internal CIS solutions team Balance lead activities with integration development while maintaining high quality of work Support internal initiatives to improve processes and procedures Ability to work to tight deadlines and make sensible decisions under pressure taking a balanced view of demands and available functionality We will count on you to: Translate Business Requirements into application code Document the application specifications Perform code reviews and align the solutions to architectural specifications Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver business-impacting projects. Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions. Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an on-call rotation as needed Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes
