We will count on you to: Support the transitioning of the Global Wealth to drive system integrations between Invesments Advisory and Delegated Solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to drive applications towards current compliance standards, and work with the appropriate squads to plan and remediate technical debt. Coordinate the execution of remediation work for vulnerabilities identified through findings from Whitehat, Qualys App Scans, etc. Prepare information for security exception requests, where needed. Support operational activities that require additional technical skills to be executed. Review open incidents reported by end users and business product owners for applications in-scope for the role to ensure SLAs are met and escalate when needed. Connect to high severity incident calls to monitor progress made towards the resolution of such incidents. Escalate to TPM when necessary. Prepare agile estimates using sizing models to forecast development work. Gather business requirements from business product owners and users to document artifacts such as user stories for the planning and execution of sprints by Pod & Squads. Coordinate refinement sessions with the Agile Team and Business to sufficiently detail those user stories and identify dependencies. Assist development teams with the deployment of new products and enhancements to current apps. Collaborate with technical teams to complete activities required for the decommissioning of applications that have reached end of live. Monitor application performance to identify areas of opportunities to improve performance and ensure service availability. Track expiration of service account password to proactively plan and execute required activities to prevent issues in production environment. Ensure current and accurate documentation of products including architecture diagrams, user guides and training materials, testing, software catalogues, etc. Support activities related to migration of solutions due to data center exits, end-of-support product, release of new version of components and frameworks, etc. Drive packaging of new/updated desktop applications and respond/research requests for tools.
