What can you expect? Lead client projects in delivery and regular project updates Work with industry leaders across different business lines to develop and mature consulting practice Help build out the value proposition for emerging risks Conduct analysis, research and reporting to interpret, validate and reconcile complex data Perform extensive research to augment the quantitative and quantitative outputs with market intelligence Develop approach towards creating models/frameworks to harmonize diverse data-sets to deliver actionable and meaningful outputs Review and write reports to present model outputs in non-technical / simplified language for the consumption of senior client leaders Coordinate and partner with data science and actuarial teams to synthesize various outputs into one power packed solution for the clients Support our advisory stakeholders in writing reports and or industry white papers Work alongside team members to ensure the timely completion of deliverables We will count on you to: Help build the consulting value proposition by consistently innovating and enhancing the existing solution Developing the overall consulting practice and bring in industry leading practices Contribute towards an effective team building and mentoring of team members Enhance collaboration with multiple peers across teams Actively contribute to report writing and the development of bespoke models Assimilate and analyzing data, craft working models (excel based), develop and test hypotheses and prepare recommendations for presentation to client management Assist us in developing and employing frameworks to resolve complex business problems of our clients Develop and implement tailored concepts for risk recognition, measurement, and control Build solutions that is a combination of quantitative and qualitative inputs and techniques Create trend analysis, time series forecasting, benchmarking, scorecards and indices Conduct extensive research to enhance the output and improve the value proposition of the current solution. Leverage a solid understanding of business trends, issues, and concepts, to respond efficiently to complex research questions by delivering synthesized, actionable facts and insights to our consulting teams and clients Assemble a fact base (primary or secondary research, databases etc), counsel consultants and clients on the scope of the business and economic trends surrounding the issue, and provide insights and analysis Communicate the solution, its parameters, its assumptions and its inner workings to audiences who vary widely in their levels of technical fluency and seniority
