Roles and Responsibilities

  • ORGANISATION

A 30 year old and a leading manufacturer, trader and wholesaler in India, specialized in garments and accessories.
  • ROLE

  • Sales Head (Retail) is responsible for driving entire retail sales in the country through COCO & Franchisee Model. He / She will primarily be responsible rebuild theclothing brand through opening exclusive / MBO at strategic locations and ensure even presence is made in defined territories. Must be presently at a leadership position and have the ability to lead a sizeable team empowering them to deliver consistently. A clothing background experience is a must.

  • Handle PAN INDIA operations.
  • Strategize and plan for opening stores PAN INDIA.
  • Set up potential franchisee who can justify market presence and help in building the brand.
  • Adequate knowledge of various practice used in retail business.
  • Acquire good knowledge of the clothing market.
  • Acquire knowledge about various bands methodology of driving sales
  • Ability to get the things done from his/her team members.
  • Nurture team building / bonding.
  • MIS and data analysis
  • Forecast sales projection category wise & achieve them month on month.
  • Recommend new and improved measures for performance evaluations
  • Monitoring teams performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Develop positive working relationship with partners

    • CANDIDATE

  • 15-18 years experience in handling Retail Sales in the Clothing Industry In-depth knowledge of how distribution in apparel business is done.
  • Must be from a clothing background having handled PAN INDIA operations.
  • Should have the acumen to strategize and plan for opening stores PAN INDIA.
  • Must have clear cut understanding the challenges and the ability to address them effectively
  • Should have handled a business more than 100 crore
  • Also must have handled a Pan India sales team.
  • Strong in reporting and MIS a must.
  • Good communication skills both verbal & written

    • LOCATION : Hyderabad

    • SALARY : 10-12 Lacs PA
